We envisage that we will hold information about criminal convictions where we are legally able to do so. For most roles, this will be limited to details of unspent convictions, including the nature of the offence and relevant dates. If your application is unsuccessful and you opt into our Talent Pool, where you provide your consent, we will retain your data in the Talent Pool for a period of 12 months.
